Take the Community Center Survey and Receive a Free Voucher
The City of Monte Sereno is planning to convert the former post office building into a Community Center.
The City would like to determine the potential uses of the Community Center and the activities and events that would appeal to residents. Previously, an Eagle Scout candidate did an initial survey and now the City is expanding on that survey.
The new survey responses will help with furniture criteria and selection, and also help in determining usage policies and fees (as appropriate).
The survey will take approximately five minutes to complete and if all questions are answered, then you will receive a $5.00 voucher for Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Company, Great Bear Coffee or Starbucks.
Please note that this survey is only open to residents of Monte Sereno who did not respond to the first survey (for the Eagle Scout project).
