Building Permits Now Available Online
The City of Monte Sereno is now offering minor building permits available online at epermits.montesereno.org.
The following permits are available online:
- Electrical panel replacement
- Furnace replacement
- Re-roof
- Water Heater Replacement
Property owners and contractors may choose to obtain one of these building permits online without having to visit City Hall. Permit fees are paid online as part of the process.
