NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Monte Sereno will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 18041 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road, Monte Sereno, California, to consider applications to develop a 4.45-acre property located at 18840 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 510-08-018 and 510-08-019), currently the Jack Rose Libation House, with 21 single-family detached dwellings and 15 multi-family (townhouse style) dwellings.
The applications include:
* Proposed amendment to the General Plan (GPA-18-01) designation Multi-Family Residential to allow a density of up to 9 dwelling units per acre;
* Planned Development Prezoning (ZA-18-01) of the Subject Property;
* Annexation of the Subject Property to the City of Monte Sereno (ANX-18-01);
* Tentative Subdivision Map (VTM-18-01);
* Planned Development Permit (PD-18-01);
* Grading Use Permit (GUP-18-01); and
* Tree Removal Permit (TR-18-02).

If you challenge the above action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this Notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Monte Sereno (18041 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road, Monte Sereno, CA) at, or prior to the close of the hearing. Any challenge in court must be commenced within 90 days of the decision as required by section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure.
