NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Applicant: Adzich

The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the application for approval of a Site Development Permit (SS-18-08) and a Variance (V-18-03) to demolish the existing home and construct a new single story home of approximately 4,300 square feet inclusive of an attached three car garage and enclosed rear porch area, and an accessory dwelling unit approximately 777 square feet.  The applicant is requesting a Variance from the additional 2.5 foot required front, side and rear setbacks to both the primary and accessory dwelling units, encroaching less than a total of 200 square feet into theses setbacks.   The application was previously reviewed and recommended for approval by the Site and Architectural Commission.

If you challenge the above action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this Notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Monte Sereno (18041 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road, Monte Sereno, CA) at, or prior to the close of the hearing.  Any challenge in court must be commenced within 90 days of the decision as required by section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure.
